Ensuring continuity, further developing processes and unlocking new potential
DREUCON Holding GmbH and Hans Braun Formenbau und Kunststoffspritzerei GmbH have reached an agreement for the complete transfer of existing customer relationships and key tooling. DREUCON will thus assume responsibility for continued customer support and the fulfillment of existing orders. Integration into the DREUCON Group will be facilitated through Oehme Technische Kunststoffteile GmbH in Berlin.
The acquisition by DREUCON secures the basis for the continuity of customer supply.
For customers, this primarily means continuity, security, and a clear perspective for the future. Existing projects and supplier relationships will continue. At the same time, the acquisition opens up the opportunity to strategically develop established structures and jointly unlock new technical and economic potential.
Preserving what has proven successful – shaping the future
Dreucon does not view the acquisition as a mere transfer of existing orders. Rather, it is intended to form the starting point for the long-term development of customer relationships.
The existing injection molds play a central role. They are crucial for the quality, process stability, and cost-effectiveness of series production.
Systematically develop tools and processes
Dreucon will therefore systematically assess the acquired tools and, depending on their condition and future use, carry out maintenance, repairs, overhauls, or technical optimizations. This will reduce downtime risks, extend the tool lifespan, and allow for early planning of necessary investments.
Existing manufacturing processes are also examined. As a company with certified processes, Dreucon has established standards for controlled and reproducible manufacturing. Process parameters, cycle times, setup and testing procedures can be specifically analyzed and optimized.
For the acquired customers, this opens up the possibility of reviewing their products with regard to their manufacturing methods and, if necessary, further developing them technically.
From manufacturing to development partnership
Future collaborations will deliberately extend beyond mere contract manufacturing. Through discussions with customers, DREUCON will examine product development, volumes, and technical requirements, and derive concrete development projects for the coming years. This will create the conditions for providing comprehensive support to customers along the entire plastics technology value chain.
